At The Grateful Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes in Lancaster, PA designed to support every body, every level, and every intention. Our classes are taught by Jesse & Jill, whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, our class styles range from slow and restorative to energizing and dynamic. Explore what we offer and find the practice that feels right for you.

Yin Yoga: Yoga sutras thread throughout the practice. Deep, meditative, non-muscular, long held stretches to create space in the more dense tissues of the body, and our minds.

Grateful Grace: This is a gentle vinyasa. All the elements of the Grateful Rhythm class, but slowed down with the focus on some longer holds, and less dynamic movement.

Grateful Rhythm: A dynamic, power Vinyasa class that includes Meditation, Pranayama, breath guided movement/vinyasa, yang, yin, restorative, conscious surrender, sutras, intention, gratitude.
